Write The Story of Your Life With
Guided Autobiography (GAB) helps you document your life stories with the guidance of a trained facilitator who introduces themes and priming questions that evoke memories of events once known but filed away and seemingly forgotten. You'll write a two-page story on a particular theme for each session and bring the story to class to read it to a small group of receptive classmates.
Writing and sharing your life stories with others is an ideal way to find new meaning in life and put your life events into perspective.
